Beside our standard 30-day return policy, we warrant each of our items with our exclusive Lifetime Replacement Warranty!
For whatever reason, if you feel that the item no longer appeases you; simply return it to AshMil.com and receive a replacement of the same design and value. In other words, as long as you own AshMil jewelry, you can return it for a replacement at anytime, for as many times as you like. No questions asked. This warranty covers scratches, breakages, sizes that no longer fit, etc.
This lifetime replacement warranty provides a brand new item every time, and requires a small replacement fee. To find out the exact replacement fee for a particular item, please contact customer care.
NOTE: Should any of our lab-grade stones fall out of its setting, we will gladly replace your item or the stone(s) for the replacement fee, as long as the item has not been altered or tampered with.
