What are reward points?
Each item purchased earns you reward points which can be used towards your next purchase. These points work almost like cash, so the more points you accumulate, the more you save. Use your points partially or all at once, the choice is yours.
How to use your points & coupon codes?
1. Must log into your account first (if you have not created one, please do so).
2. Then add item(s) to shopping cart.
3. Click on the shopping cart button (found above the grey navigation bar), DO NOT click on the Checkout button yet.
4. Enter any coupon code and/or reward points you wish to apply towards your purchase.
The shopping cart is the only place where you may enter these codes.
5. Now you may click on the Checkout button.
I dont see a place to enter my reward points?
The place to enter your reward points will only appear in the shopping cart ONLY if you are logged into your account. So, please log into your account and then go to the shopping cart.
How many reward points do I get for a particular item?
For each item, when you view its page, under the product code you will find the reward points you will receive for purchasing the item. Under the item price, you will find the number of points needed to get the item for free.
Why register for an account?
Its absolutely free! You get rewarded for signing up & for all purchases. You can also track orders, view order history, easy checkout, save your favorite items in your cart, make wish lists, and more.
Can I use more than one coupon code at a time?
No, unforutently you can only use one coupon code per transaction. You are welcome to enter the different coupon codes that you may have, durning checkout, to see which discount is better for you.
How do I get coupon codes & discounts?
Simply register for a free AshMil account and select newsletter. You will receive a $10 signup coupon, plus AshMil will periodically send you secret coupon codes and discounts, just for being a memeber.
Why am I not receiving messages from AshMil?
Simply add info@ashmil.com to your address book, this will ensure that you receive all corresponding messages regarding your account.
Free gift item not showing up in my shopping cart or account?
As long as you qualify for the free gift, it will be shipped with your order. If the free gift comes in different sizes, we will contact you for the size before shipping your order.
What is your money back guarantee?
We offer a hassle-free no-questions asked, 30 day return or exchange policy. This policy applies only for orders via ashmil.com website and catalog orders.

What happens after I place my order?
You will receive an automated email stating that your order has been received. Once the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number.
