We proudly stand behind the quality of our items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item(s) in its original condition to AshMil within 30 days of shipment for a full refund, credit, or exchange. |
Returning/Exchanging Your Order:
We provide a hassle-free return/exchange policy at AshMil, no need to contact us to return or exchange an item. Simply follow the instructions on the back of your package invoice.
Once we receive item(s) back:
It will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department for verification of condition and authenticity. You will receive an e-mail notification regarding the status of your return or exchange. Items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear/usage are not eligible for a refund and will immediately be returned to sender upon such determination. Items that qualify for exchange/return and show any slight signs of usage, may be charged a 20% restocking fee. You may implement the lifetime replacement warranty, which can be used for any item(s) at anytime.
Note: If you qualified for a free gift, and your return drops the total below the free gift threshold, we ask that you also return the gift. If you would like to keep the gift, you will be charged the value of that gift.
